What happens if I can't complete my payment plan?

We understand circumstances can change. If you're having difficulty with payments, please contact our team immediately. We'll work with you to find a solution. Your sample will not be discarded without prior notification and discussion with you.

Is there a discount for multiple births (twins/triplets)?

Yes! We offer special packages for multiple births. Each baby receives a 15% discount on their package. Contact our team for a customized quote for your multiple birth.

What if my sample can't be stored?

In the rare event that your sample doesn't meet our quality standards for storage, you'll receive a full refund of any payments made. We maintain strict quality standards to ensure only viable samples are stored.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The package price includes everything: kit, courier, processing, testing, and 30 years of storage. The only additional costs would be for optional add-ons like extended storage or additional testing, which are clearly communicated.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Unfortunately, you can only store cord blood and tissue at the time of birth. We recommend choosing the complete package if you want both types of stem cells, as the opportunity to collect only comes once.

What happens after 30 years?

As your storage period approaches its end, we'll contact you with options to extend storage. You can choose to extend for additional 5-year periods, transfer the sample to another facility, or opt for controlled disposal.
